Fully Integrated Services
This mid-sized pharmaceuticals company with a goal of $1B in sales over the next several years needed an enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence, and portal solution. Key2 Consulting implemented an end-to-end data warehouse and BI solution built on the Microsoft platform which touched on supply chain, sales, prescription volume and more.
By upgrading their portal to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Key2 Consulting delivered many new and exciting features. With the use of Windows Workflow Foundation and InfoPath Forms Server, the customer was able to simplify and increase the efficiency of many of their business processes. Invoice approval, employee administration, Help Desk management, and enterprise data warehouse access are key improvements to the customers operations that Key2 Consulting provided.

Data Warehousing
This information services company knew how they needed their customer analytics to be reported but couldn’t find a way to access all their critical data. Key2 was called in to find a solution to their data warehousing challenge. Our experts in Microsoft BI implementation crafted a way for the customers’ leadership to meet their deadlines in a volatile environment. This analytics solution was deployed nationally.
Business Intelligence
This large recruiting organization needed a way to track primary performance metrics with robust reporting capabilities for all of their recruitment data. Key2 created a suite of analytics leveraging Microsoft Analysis Services, Reporting Services, and Excel Services to streamline operations. Now management can assess project, client, and recruiter performance with just a few keystrokes from the intranet or online.
Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence
This customer wanted the ability to better manage the profitability of each client. This required better management of sales, operations, pipeline real time and historical data. By building a data mart to conform and house all the data, Key2 Consulting made it possible to pull client based reporting and analytics together giving the client several views for analysis.
Custom Development (systems integration)
This customer wanted simplicity. To get key information employees would have to manually run reports from multiple redundant systems, export the data to Excel, and merge updated data manually just to get simplistic reporting.
Key2 Consulting designed a custom solution that integrated detailed data from each redundant system into a single application. Technologies such as SQL Server Integration Services were leveraged to transfer and load the data from each system. This solution allowed the clients’ personnel and managers to work from one integrated system which consolidated all data and reporting allowing the workforce to work smarter and faster.

Custom Development (recruitment application)
Key2 Consulting developed a precision recruitment web application which our client uses to capture data; assess project, client, and recruiter performance; analyze and measure data. In addition, the application is linked to operating systems to import company metrics for payroll and billing. Once the client project has been created, recruiters can enter their billable time. This allows project managers the ability to view the project status or candidate information with ease.
